Day 01: Beijing
Arrive in capital city Beijing, the political and cultural center of China, a city of relatively clean and orderly design. You're met and transferred to your hotel, and a welcome dinner
Note: It's about 50 minutes' driving from Beijing International Airport to hotel

Day 02: Beijing
Full day visit the largest plaza in the world-Tian'anmen Square, in the center of the city with an area of some 400,000 square meters; walk on the Great Wall (without cable car) which is the only man-made structure visible from the moon, winding dragon-like across mountains and valleys, over 5000 km long; en route to see Ming Tombs constructed 400 years ago.

Day 03: Beijing/Xi'an
In the morning sightsee the Temple of Heaven, an architectural masterpiece of Ming Dynasty (1368-1644AD) where the Ming and Qing emperors went to worship and pray for a good harvest frequently. After lunch, you're transferred to airport for Xi'an,once the capitals for 11 dynasties, an outstanding tourist city. Before to your hotel, to see Ancient City Wall, built in Ming Dynasty (1271-1368AD) the Wall is one of the few visible and completely city wall

Day 04: Xi'an
Visit the Terra-cotta Army, three vaults containing eight thousand terra-cotta figures and hundreds of chariots and lots of real weapons were found in 1974, praised as "Eighth Wonder in the world"; en route to see Huaqing Hot Spring Pool, a magnificent summer residence for Tang emperors

Day 05: Xi'an/ Luoyang
Morning transferred to Railway Station for Luoyang, the capital for 9 dynasties. Excursion to the world cultural heritage – Longmen Grottoes, containing over 10,000 stone figures and the biggest one is 17.14 meters high while the smallest one is only 2 centimeters.

Day 06: Luoyang/Dengfeng/Zhengzhou
Private car for to the Shaolin Monastery, the birthplace of real Chinese Kung-fu and breath-taking Shaolin Kung-fu performances, more visit to the Pagoda Forest, the largest one of its kind in China, totally over 400 pagodas

Note: Kung-fu is a genuine native sport of China. The Chinese people take pride in it, both because of its age and many aspects of Chinese culture that it reflects. Martial arts incorporate traditional Chinese philosophies, aesthetic sense, ethics and medical science. Kung fu has been created and developed for self-defense and survival throughout human history. Correct Kung-fu training improves physical ability, health and will power. It gives an individual an excellent method of exercise, a personal art form, a competitive sport and a basis for self-defense and sparring. Total training includes Ti (kicking), Da (punching), Shuai (throwing), Na (controlling), Ji (hitting),Ci (thrusting), etc. Related to each style are basic forms, or sequences, which may involve defense strategies, offense, retreat, mobility and immobility, speed and slowness, hard or soft postures, emptiness and fullness, with or without weapons.

Day 07:Zhengzhou
Today we go to Chenjiagou Village (app. one and an half hours' journey) by private car, the cradle of the Chen-style Taijiquan (known in the west as Tai Chi boxing or Shadow boxing, is one of China’s martial arts. For most Chinese, particularly old people, practicing Taichi a good way to keep fit). Walk around in the old village and Taichi Training School; in the early evening back to Zhengzhou

Day 08: Zhengzhou departure
Transfer to airport (App. 50 minutes’ driving way) for your flight Zhengzhou/Beijing in the morning, connect your international flight and fly back home.
